ABOUT THE TEAM

We have four coached practices per week, swimming at Mack Pool Monday through Wednesday 9:00 – 10:30 PM, and at Mack Pool on Sundays 7:30 - 9:00 PM. Carpools are coordinated with team members for the Mack Pool practices. We also carpool to competitions for 3-5 meets per semester against other universities including Nationals in late March/early April (location TBD each year)! Regional meets can be as close as ~1 hour (e.g. MSU and GVSU) and as far as 4-5 hours away (e.g. Northwestern, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Purdue, etc.), and sometimes include a team dinner on us!

In addition to practices and meets, we strive to create a genuine college experience through numerous social events, including a kickoff BBQ/tailgate, team pasta parties, an intra-squad Olympiad, a semi-formal, a formal, holiday events such as a Halloween party, an end-of-fall-semester Christmas party, and many more smaller social events!

Practices, meets and social events are all optional – you can participate as much as you'd like, but of course we would love for you to be active! Our program spans both the Fall and Winter semesters, and we welcome new members throughout the year.
